The object is located in 5 minutes of a driving from airport and less, than in 15 minutes of a driving from the center of Batumi. Here are site coordinates: 41 °33'32.1 "N 41 °33'58.9" E. The light strip along water on the last map is the Batumi boulevard. Measure distance to water!
The house is located in close proximity to the sea, namely, in 80 m, moreover, on the side of the road, adjoined to the beach. Many apartments have sea views.
